I am a gujarati and our food is typically sweet, but this food is too sweet for me as well. We go to the Ming in Edison and Morristown often and like the food, but todayβs food just did not cut it. Hope this is a one time thing and the next time we are here we enjoy the food. I will give the restaurant a one more try, but if the food is sweet again the next time, I will never go again. Also the baby corn starter was not fried well and not crunchy and just okay.

The food was excellent! We the tilapia and it comes as large pieces and has a crispy exterior. I thought it tasted great. We also ordered the Hoang Kong chicken and I preferred that to the tilapia. It looks like these dishes do not come with rice so you will have to order and a large order of rice is $5+ The service was not the best because the kitchen was closing at around 230pm. I wish we were told when we were sat down when the kitchen was closing. It looked like things got very busy and we had several servers all trying to be of help. Two different people came to take our order and several people came to hand our dishes and there was a mix up. There was also a mix up with our cheque and I can tell most of this stemmed from perhaps the kitchen closing Or main server Walter was great, very knowledgeable about the cuisine and was attentive.

Everything was cooked to perfection! Service was great, nice atmosphere, and the price was right. $$ We ordered and ate, lobster, shrimp, lotus root, crispy duck, noodles, and ribs, everything was great! Location is in the Hyatt, parking easy, full but not crowded.

You have to park in the headquarters mall parking area and take the lift to 2nd floor and walk to the left to find the place. The ambiance of the place was really good and the place was very lively. The cutlery was dirty, had to change them two times. The tables can be maintained much better. We ordered 2 starters, crispy chicken wontons and drums of heaven. The wontons come with a sweet dip, they were too good but the drumsticks were cold and bland, they could use more heat. For the mains, weβve ordered chicken in hot garlic sauce along with a fried rice. These were made with a bit of spice. Then we asked for dessert menu, which we got after a whole 30-40 minutes, the service was bad. Weβve ordered rasmalai and Choco lava cake for desserts, they bought seemed to be store bought and not fresh at all. The rasmalai was a flop, the Choco lava cake was alright because of the ice cream it comes with. Overall the food was alright as the taste reminded me of dishes from India, the spice could improve. The service was a bit irritating as it was very slow. The parking is 5$ but the restaurant will compensate for it. Overall good experience.

βquite good Chinese food (more of Indian version) and amazing ambienceβ heard about a lot that they serve more of Indian Chinese food... was there last week and we had nice experience out there... first thing first. it was nice ambience and a server was courteous too...we ordered drumstick, ginger chicken ming fried rice and some noodles... all were great in taste... mock tails was good too... note- donβt forget to punch your parking ticket from reception. it will waive off your parking charge update on 7-Jan-2020 If we have to choose a fav restaurant in Morristown ( Parsippany-Boonton-Lake Hiawatha), we can easily choose this one. We were here on New year's eve, and except appetizer our experience was fabulous. We reserved our table well in advance. It was packed as expected but still, there was no lack in any service. We ordered our favorite Drums heaven, Lamb Schezwan, and chicken Hakka noodles. Drums Heaven- it used to be good but seems in rush, they just sorted in some Manchurian gravy. Not good Lamb schewzwan β It was sizzler with shredded lamb and sorted veggies. It was absolutely amazing. Noodles were okay though. Management has the same kitchen for all three establishme
